Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how 60VPN handles information while providing subscription services, international route connections, account management, and website access. Please read it before using the service. Continuing to use the website or user panel means you understand the data practices described here.

Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the 60VPN marketing website, user panel, subscription management, order processing, client access, and support requests. Third-party payment services and websites visited by users are governed by their own privacy rules and are not replaced by this policy.

60VPN processes only the information needed to provide services, maintain accounts, verify orders, calculate traffic usage, investigate operational issues, and improve the website. If the purpose of processing changes, this page will explain the change; collected information will not be used directly for purposes clearly unrelated to the original one.

Data Collected and Its Uses

Account data: No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The system stores the username, a secure password digest, account status, plan status, and aggregated traffic usage for authentication, access control, subscription delivery, and usage display. The original password is not stored as routinely readable information.

Order data: Purchases and refunds generate records such as the order amount, payment channel, order status, creation time, and transaction reference information. These records are used to confirm payments, resolve order disputes, process refunds, and complete necessary financial checks.

Website analytics: When you visit the marketing website, the system may process page views, referral pages, browser type, operating system, language preference, and basic network information. Analytics help verify that pages load correctly, identify abnormal requests, and improve content structure. They are not used to build profiles of users' visits to international websites.

Support requests: When you submit a question through the user panel, the system stores the subject, message, attachments, and subsequent replies to help investigate issues and track resolution. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a support request.

What Our No-Logs Policy Covers

60VPN follows a no-logs policy. The service does not record which websites users access through international routes, store webpage content, search content, DNS queries, or application data, or create browsing histories linked to specific accounts.

Connection log retention works as follows: we do not create or persist session logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's connection activity. The system processes only real-time operational signals needed to maintain connections and enforce plan rules. After a connection ends, it is not organized into a long-term record containing destinations or activity content.

The traffic summary shown in an account is used to enforce monthly subscription or traffic package rules. It reflects the amount of data used and does not include website names, page addresses, or transmitted content. Website analytics and route traffic are handled separately, and analytics are not used to reconstruct an individual's cross-border access history.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Payment Processing

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and security preferences. This keeps users signed in, restores page state, and reduces repeated setup. If the relevant storage is disabled or cleared, some preferences will reset and users may need to log in again.

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT payments are handled by the corresponding third-party payment services. 60VPN does not directly store complete verification details for third-party payment accounts. Payment services may process transaction identifiers, payment status, and risk-control information under their own rules; such processing is governed by each service's policies.

To complete order delivery and refund verification, third-party payment services return necessary transaction results and reference information to 60VPN. 60VPN uses these results only to confirm order status, handle after-sales matters, and meet necessary record-keeping obligations.

Data Retention, Protection, and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order records are retained as needed for transaction checks, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. Support requests are retained for the time needed to resolve issues and conduct follow-up checks. Website analytics are deleted or aggregated once they are no longer needed to identify an individual visit.

When the processing purpose ends and continued retention is not necessary, relevant data is deleted, de-identified, or separated from identifiable accounts. Residual data in backups exits use through the normal overwrite process and is not put to other uses during that period.

60VPN reduces the risk of data misuse through access controls, transmission protection, credential digests, and limits on internal operations. Users should also protect their account credentials, avoid sharing passwords, and submit a support request promptly if they notice unusual account activity.

To access, correct, or delete account-related data, log in to the user panel and submit a privacy request. Deletion requests first require account ownership verification. Records that must be retained by law or because of an unresolved order dispute will be handled after the relevant need ends.

Policy Updates and User Choices

This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Significant changes involving data use or user rights will be highlighted in the user panel as appropriate.

Users can manage Cookies and local storage through browser settings, stop using the service, or request deletion of account data. If you have questions about the data covered by this policy, log handling, or third-party payment practices, submit a specific question through the support request function in the user panel.
