60VPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries and 240+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The routes, connection methods, and client entry points available at any given time are those shown in the user panel.
The services are designed to improve connection paths and access performance for international routes. Actual connection quality may be affected by the user's location network, access provider, target service status, device environment, and route maintenance. 60VPN may adjust route entry points, routing arrangements, or client configurations based on network conditions to maintain normal and secure operations.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route usage, and settings changes made through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder and devices within their reasonable control. Users may not resell subscriptions, route access, or access credentials obtained from the user panel; share accounts with unrelated third parties; or distribute subscription information publicly. Any access issues, traffic usage, or account risks resulting from resale, public distribution, or improper sharing are the responsibility of the relevant user.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should complete payment after confirming the plan details. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Order status, remaining traffic, and validity are determined by the records in the user panel.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using 60VPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the target service is located, as well as the service rules of the websites or applications they access. Users may not use the services for illegal activities, infringement of others' rights, disruption of network systems, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized access, or conduct that may affect other users' normal use.
Users are responsible for determining whether particular content, websites, or online services may be used lawfully in their region. 60VPN provides network connectivity and does not authorize content accessed, published, transmitted, or stored by users, nor does it assume legal responsibility for users' conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
60VPN performs maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting based on route conditions, but network services may be temporarily interrupted by underlying network fluctuations, device compatibility, changes in target platform policies, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control. During necessary maintenance, some routes or features may be unavailable for short periods.
60VPN is not liable for indirect losses arising from user device configurations, access networks, third-party platforms, external network facilities, or violations of these terms by users. Users should retain necessary materials before important operations and choose routes appropriate for their actual needs. If a connection is abnormal, try switching routes, checking client settings, or submitting a ticket through the user panel.
60VPN follows a no-logging service policy. However, it may still process information necessary to provide account management, order processing, traffic accounting, security protection, and troubleshooting. The specific scope of processing is governed by the privacy policy.
Account Suspension and Termination
If users violate laws or regulations, resell subscriptions, publicly distribute access credentials, attack network systems, disrupt other users' access, or evade normal billing procedures, 60VPN may restrict route access, suspend accounts, or terminate services according to the level of risk. Relevant status information may be displayed in the user panel before or after action is taken.
Users may stop using the services. Account termination does not affect orders, payments, violations, or provisions that are legally required to remain effective and arose before termination. Users who dispute a suspension or termination may submit a ticket through the user panel and provide information that helps verify the account and order.
Policy Changes and Refund Guidance
60VPN may update these terms due to service adjustments, compliance requirements, or changes in operating procedures. Updated content will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations may be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use of the services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund conditions, application methods, and processing scope are governed by the separate refund policy. A full refund without providing a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. If these terms and the refund policy describe the same matter differently, the refund policy takes precedence for refund matters.
