Find a solution by issue type. Confirm your account and subscription first, then check the local network, client configuration, and route selection to avoid changing several variables repeatedly.

This page covers the most common issues involving accounts, subscriptions, clients, routes, and order processing. Supported platforms are Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; coverage includes 120+ countries / 240+ routes; device use is unlimited. When an issue occurs, read the relevant category first and follow the answer step by step.

A / ACCOUNT

Account & Subscription

Troubleshoot registration, subscription updates, device changes, and client downloads. Manage account details and subscriptions through the user panel, not a public subscription address.

What do I need to register for 60VPN?

No email address is required to register—just set a username and password. Choose a username that is easy for you to recognize, and use a password combination that you do not reuse on other services. After registration, you can view plans, orders, client downloads, and subscription details from the user panel. Keep your login credentials safe; you will need them to access the same account after changing browsers or clearing local data.

How do I update my subscription link?

First, sign in to the user panel and retrieve the current subscription again from the overview or client download section. Then return to the client and update the subscription. If the client still shows old routes, fully quit and reopen it before updating again. If nothing changes, delete the existing subscription configuration in the client and import it again from the user panel. Always obtain subscription details from the user panel—do not share the link on public pages or give it to unfamiliar tools.

Do I need to buy another plan after switching devices?

No, you do not need to purchase again just because you changed devices. 60VPN supports use on an unlimited number of devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, download the appropriate client, retrieve the current subscription, and import it. If the old device is no longer in use, delete its saved subscription configuration. If the route list looks different after switching devices, update the subscription first instead of creating another order.

Which systems are supported, and where can I get the client?

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Get the client and subscription from the Downloads section of the user panel; marketing pages do not provide static installers or public subscription addresses. In Downloads, choose the entry for your current system and import the subscription according to the panel instructions. After upgrading the system or reinstalling the client, check the current configuration in the panel again.

C / CONNECTION

Connections & Troubleshooting

Confirm that ordinary internet access works first, then check the subscription, system network permissions, and routing configuration. If only one app has a problem, investigate that app’s routing path before placing another order.

What should I check first if the client suddenly cannot connect?

First, confirm that your local network can open ordinary webpages. Then update the subscription in the client and switch to another route. Fully quit and restart the client, and check that its system permission to access the network is still enabled. If all routes are unavailable, temporarily close other tools that control network traffic and try again. Change only one setting at a time so you can identify whether the issue comes from the local network, client configuration, or current route.

Why does only one app fail to use the proxy?

This is usually related to the client’s routing rules, system permissions, or the way that app connects. Confirm that the client is connected, switch the routing mode to one suited to your situation, and check whether the target app is on a direct-connection or exclusion list. After making changes, fully close the app and reopen it to establish a new connection. If other apps work normally, there is no need to change accounts or purchase another plan.

The routes appear after importing the subscription, but every connection fails. What should I do?

First, update the subscription in the client to make sure the configuration is not an old cache. Check that the system time is accurate, network access permission is enabled, and no other network tools are running at the same time. Try routes near your current region as well as routes in the region where the target service is located. If every connection still fails after reimporting, submit a ticket from the user panel and include your system type, the client behavior, and the troubleshooting steps you have completed.

How can I restore the connection after switching networks?

When you switch from a home network to another network, or wake the device from sleep, the existing connection may not rebuild correctly. Disconnect the client, wait until the network itself is available again, and reconnect to a route. If the status still does not refresh, fully quit and reopen the client, then choose a route again. On devices that frequently change networks, reconnect after each network change to avoid using an expired session.

S / SPEED

Speed & Routes

Speed depends on the local connection, target service, and selected route. When comparing routes, keep the device, network, and test content consistent instead of changing several conditions at once.

How should I choose a route when performance slows during peak hours?

During peak-hour slowdowns, stop any large file transfers first, then compare other routes to the same destination region. Do not judge speed by the region name alone: the local carrier, access method, and target service can all affect performance. Start with a geographically closer entry point, then test routes in the destination region. Once you find a stable route, keep it for a continuous period instead of switching repeatedly and rebuilding the connection each time.

Should I choose a route based on distance or the target service?

For ordinary webpages and everyday apps, start with a geographically closer route, as the path is usually more direct. When accessing content for a specific region, prioritize an exit route in the same region as the target service. If several routes are available in one region, compare page response times, video startup, and sustained transfer performance one by one. There is no single route choice that works for every network; use the results on your current device and connection.

The video opens but keeps buffering. How should I troubleshoot it?

First, reduce simultaneous downloads on other devices or apps and confirm that your local network is not saturated. Then switch to another route in the same region and fully close and reopen the video app so it can establish a new connection. If only one content platform buffers, check whether the account region, content region, and selected route match. When the platform adjusts quality automatically, observe connection stability first before restoring higher quality; avoid switching routes while repeatedly scrubbing through the video.

How extensive is 60VPN’s route coverage?

60VPN covers 120+ countries / 240+ routes. You are not required to stick to one route; the selection allows you to adapt to different regions, local networks, and access targets. When looking for a route, filter by destination region first, then compare the actual connection performance of routes in that region. The current list shown after updating the subscription in the client is the authoritative selection.

B / BILLING

Billing & Refunds

Before ordering, check the plan type, data rules, and payment method. Handle orders, payment status, and refund requests through the user panel of the original account.

What monthly plans are available, and when does the data reset?

Monthly plans are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Choose based on your typical video, web browsing, file transfer, and multi-device usage. When upgrading partway through a term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. After upgrading, update the subscription in the client so your account matches the current configuration.

Do data packages expire, and what sizes are available?

Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Available options are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who do not want to wait for a monthly reset. After purchase, return to the user panel to confirm the order and data status, then update the subscription in the client. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so check your usage pattern before choosing.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. To place an order, open the Plans page from the user panel, choose a plan, and complete payment on the checkout page. After payment, return to the user panel to confirm the order status instead of creating duplicate orders to refresh the result. If the order status does not match the payment, submit a ticket from the user panel and keep the relevant order details for verification.

How do I request a refund?

60VPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the original account, open the ticket area from the user panel, select an order-related issue, and submit your request. Include the relevant order, payment method, and refund request to help verify the records accurately. Keep the ticket after submitting and do not create multiple requests for the same order; the refund policy page contains the complete terms.
