Before you start, confirm the sequence

The entire setup takes place through the user panel. First create an account and choose a suitable plan. Once the order is active, get the subscription details from the overview page and import them into the client on your device. After the route list loads, choose a target region and connect, then verify the setup by visiting the service you need. Following this order avoids repeatedly refreshing a client before the order is active and prevents an old subscription from being mixed up with the current account.

60VPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited devices. To use it on multiple devices, there is no need to create a separate account for each one; import the active subscription from the same account on every device. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used up and never expire. Consider your usual usage frequency before choosing between a monthly subscription and a data package.

This page covers only the basic path from initial setup to a working connection. For route types, streaming region behavior, and account and payment regions, read the complete access guide after your first connection. For connection failures, subscription updates and system permissions, use the Help Center to find guidance by symptom. There is no need to handle these advanced topics in advance.

Create an account and open the user panel

Open the account creation page and enter a username and password you plan to use long term. 60VPN does not require an email address for registration; your username and password are the main credentials for accessing the user panel. Choose a username that is easy to recognize without matching a commonly used public nickname exactly. Store the password separately and avoid reusing it on other websites. Submit the form when finished; the page will open the user panel or direct you back to the login page.

If the page does not move on after submission, check whether the username is already taken and whether the two password entries match. Correct the details according to the prompt and submit again. After creating the account, confirm that the account shown at the top of the panel is the one just created before choosing a plan. This helps prevent an order from being placed on the wrong account when another account is still signed in in the browser.

When changing devices later, use the same user panel instead of creating another account. On a shared computer, sign out of the panel when finished. On a personal device, you can keep the session active for future subscription updates. The account is the entry point for getting subscriptions and managing orders, so make sure you can log in normally before continuing.

Start Free Continue to the plans page when finished.

Choose a plan and complete the order

After signing in to the user panel, open the plans page. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions suit regular ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packages suit less predictable usage and remain available until exhausted without expiring.

Estimate your usage from everyday scenarios rather than judging by the one-time price alone. Web pages, documents and everyday tools generally use less data than HD video. If you regularly watch HD content, download large files or share access across devices, leave room for fluctuations. Monthly subscriptions support mid-term upgrades, with the price difference converted into remaining days, so you can start with your current needs and adjust if usage increases.

Select a plan to open the order page, which lists the plan name, data allowance and amount due. Check each item, then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update. Do not create the same order repeatedly after payment; if the status does not change promptly, refresh the order page or reopen the panel. All plans support unlimited devices and include a 30-day no-questions-asked refund.

Start Using Copy the subscription after the order is active.

Get the subscription link from the user panel

After the order becomes active, open the user panel overview and find the subscription section. It usually shows data status, expiry details and the option to copy the subscription. Click the copy button to place the subscription address for the current account on the clipboard. Do not paste the address into a search box or public page; switch directly to the client’s subscription import screen.

The subscription link lets the client read the currently available routes and configuration. It is not a regular web address and does not need to be opened in a browser. This guide does not display a real subscription address. If you need to understand the link format, treat the clearly fake value below as a structural example only and do not try to connect with it:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If the copy button does nothing, allow the browser to access the clipboard or use the panel’s manual copy option. Before pasting, check that no extra spaces were added at either end, especially when transferring text between devices. For greater reliability, sign in to the user panel directly on the target device and copy the link there, reducing the risk of changes caused by chat apps, note-taking tools or format conversion.

When subscription content changes, you generally only need to select “Update subscription” in the client; there is no need to delete every configuration and import it again. If the client reports that the subscription is invalid, return to the overview page to confirm that the order is still active, then copy the link again. Treat the subscription address as part of your account configuration: do not share it publicly or include it in screenshots or public documents.

Complete client import on each system

The 60VPN client entry is available in the user panel. After signing in, open the downloads area to get the client and subscription instructions for your system. This guide does not provide a static installer URL. The core process is the same on every system: open subscription management, choose import from URL or remote configuration, paste the subscription link you copied, save it and wait for the route list to load.

Windows

On Windows, use a desktop client that supports subscription imports. After installing and launching it, look for “Subscriptions,” “Configurations” or “Remote configuration” in the main interface or sidebar. Choose Add from URL, paste the complete link copied from the panel into the address field, and give the configuration a recognizable name. Save it and run an update. When regions and route names appear in the list, the import is complete.

When starting the connection for the first time, the system may ask the client to establish a network connection or change network settings. Confirm that the prompt comes from the client you just installed, then approve it and return to the route list. If the list is empty, do not reinstall the client repeatedly. Update it manually from subscription management and check that the pasted link is complete.

macOS

On macOS, choose a compatible client that supports remote subscriptions. Open the client and enter configuration management from the menu bar icon or main window, then find “Add subscription” or “Import from URL.” Paste and save the subscription address, then click Update so the client can load the latest routes. Some clients place configuration management in the menu bar rather than the main window; this is a layout difference and does not change the import process.

When connecting, macOS may display a network extension or system configuration permission window. Follow the system prompts and approve the request, using the device’s credentials if required. Return to the client after authorization, choose a route and connect. For a fuller explanation of system permissions, read the macOS installation and verification guide.

Android

On an Android device, open a client that supports subscription imports, enter its configuration or subscription page and choose Add remote subscription. Paste the link into the address field, save it and tap Update. Once the client finishes loading, the main interface will usually offer route selection. Choose the target region first, then start the connection.

When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system confirmation window for creating a network connection. Confirm it so the client can handle the device’s network traffic. If the connection behaves unexpectedly after switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, disconnect first and reconnect on the new network instead of importing the subscription again. Battery-saving policies may affect background connections; see the Android section in the Help Center for specific guidance.

iOS

On iOS, use a compatible client that supports subscription URLs. Open its configuration page, find the option to add or download a configuration by link, paste the subscription address and confirm the import. When the route list appears, choose the required region and return to the main screen to start the connection.

On first launch, iOS asks for permission to add a network configuration. After confirming the system prompt, the status bar or Control Center will show the connection status. If the client opens a browser automatically during import, return to the client and check that you did not choose “Open webpage.” The correct option is in subscription or remote configuration management.

Connect to a route and verify that it works

After importing the subscription, choose a region based on what you actually need to access. For content limited to a specific region, the route region should match the target service’s requirements. For general cross-border access, start with a nearby, stable route. Start the connection, wait for the client status to change from connecting to connected, and then open the target website.

Do not rely only on whether the client button changes color. Reload the target page and confirm that it stays accessible and that images and content load normally, while checking that the client remains connected. If the target app was already open, quit it completely and reopen it so an old session, cache or regional result is not reused. In a browser, you can also open a new tab and visit the page again.

If general websites open but a specific platform still shows content for the original region, first confirm that the selected route region is correct, then sign out of the platform and sign in again. Regional content can also depend on the account region, payment region and app cache. The route only provides the network exit; it cannot change the account’s own regional attributes. For guidance on streaming platform regions and common messages, continue with the complete access guide.

The same subscription can be imported on multiple devices. For each new device, repeat “sign in to the panel, copy the subscription, import it into the client, choose a route and verify the connection”; there is no need to place another order. For easier management, use the same subscription name in each client and run an update whenever the configuration changes so the route lists stay synchronized.

Check common issues in order

When a connection fails, first identify the step where the problem occurs. If the user panel does not show a subscription, check the order status first. If the subscription copies successfully but the client has no routes, return to subscription management, run an update and paste the link again. If routes appear but will not connect, try another route in the same region, then disconnect and reconnect. A layered check is easier to troubleshoot than changing several settings at once.

Changes in the network environment are another common factor. After switching from a home network to a public network or between different connection methods, the old connection may need to be re-established. Disconnect first, confirm that the device itself can access the internet normally, then restart the client. If only one website is affected, try another route in the same region instead of immediately deleting the subscription or resetting the entire client.

If updating the subscription makes no difference, confirm that you are using the link just copied from the current account’s overview page rather than old text from your history. You can also sign out of the user panel, sign in again and copy the link from the overview once more. Do not test the subscription link on a public webpage or submit it to an unrelated online parsing tool.

This page stays focused on the main path for first-time use. Account status, subscription updates, system permissions, route selection, billing and refunds are organized in the Help Center. A systematic explanation of routes and regional behavior is available in the in-depth guide. After your first connection, consult the relevant section for the issue you actually encounter.
